"I lost my Rudy on my son's first birthday very unexpectedly. I was in complete shock and didn't know what to do or where to turn for assistance with final arrangements. A relative of mine referred me to Faithful Friends for cremation. Faithful Friends took the time to drive to our home (within the hour) and pick up our precious pup. They explained what we could expect over the next 48 hours, allowed us and our other dog Baby to say goodbye to Rudy. The very next day Rudy's ashes we respectfully prepared along with a folder of grief information, clean clippings of his fur, and his tiny little paw print in plaster. These details were so incredibly thoughtful. I can't say enough wonderful things about the caring and professional services we received. No pet owner ever wants to use such services but it is inevitable. I will absolutely use Faithful Friends again someday and will recommend them to all of the pet parents I know experiencing a loss.
